For the insanely popular–and just plain insane–season 15 of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, FX Networks wanted to create legacy content that excited fans new and old alike and prepare them for first season of Always Sunny since 2019 (thanks COVID).
I wanted to follow the overall aesthetic that has existed for a few years for the Always Sunny brand, but put my spin on it by incorporating contemporary graphic elements, and being as expressive as possible with the font. The thought process for each quote was to have the typography try to be designed in a way that it makes the person reading it hear and feel how the quote was said in each of these iconic moments throughout Sunny.
